Rhulani Terence Shilubane is the SABP's Internal Auditing Advisor.   He speaks English, Tsonga, Zulu, Sotho and Afrikaans.   His hobbies are music, people, the Internet (downloading and testing new technology).   For sport, Rhulani plays soccer and pool.

	Rhulani was educated at Hoedspruit Independent High where he Matriculated in the following subjects: English Afrikaans Mathematics Geography Biology Agriculture Rhulani is currently studying towards an Internal Auditing qualification. Subjects involved are: Financial Accounting Business Calculations Communication Cost Accounting Commercial Law Economics Business Information Systems Rhulani earned a Comprehensive Programming Diploma in 2004. He performs voluntary work for the Lulekani Health Centre in the form of computer-related tasks. Rhulani believes that a comprehensive and intensive internal auditing programme in the public sector will go a long way to reducing government corruption and protecting taxpayer funds. This will decrease taxes, stimulate business and reduce joblessness.
